Inserting Crystals
- Gently add Gemstones: Your natural amethyst stones and rose quartz are in a drawstring bag outside the gift box. To securely insert them into the gem chamber, open the bottom lid, TILT the bottle, and PLACE each gemstone gently inside one by one.
- On-the-Go Tip: For easy transport, use the drawstring bag to carry the gemstones and place them in the bottle when you reach your destination.
Ensuring a Leak-Proof Seal
If the seal arrives loose, or you experience leakage, ensure the smooth side of the seal faces you, and the grooved side is pushed into the lid. If the seal falls out during use, push it in fully, apply a small amount of water, and let it dry naturally. The silicone will expand into place.
Addressing Unpleasant Odor from Lids
A dishwasher can remove a strong smell from the lids. Remove the seals and wash them once in the dishwasher to eliminate the odor. Airing the seals out over time also helps. If you received a bottle with smelly seals and need access to a dishwasher, please contact us for assistance.
Using the Tea Infuser & Strainer
- Unlock and Prepare: The Tea Infuser and strainer arrive locked together inside the bottle. Lift the Infuser and strainer by pulling the handle folded to one side on top of the Strainer.
- Separate and Fill: Twist apart the Tea Infuser & Strainer. Fill the Infuser with your favorite tea leaves or a tea bag. Twist the strainer securely on top and place the combined Infuser & Strainer into the bottle.
- Secure in Place: Push down until you feel them click into place. To remove, pull on the handle.
